In Metropolitan France, the creation or extension of a hotel must be approved by the Commission Départementale d’Equipement Commerciale (Departmental Commission for Commercial Facilities) if the establishment’s capacity exceeds 30 rooms in provincial France and 50 rooms in Ile-de-France.
As soon as your project is defined clearly (category, capacity, brand, etc.), we conduct the impact study for you, allowing you to present an application to the Commission.
If this study is favourable, we can also put together the application and offer you assistance throughout the procedure.
Objectives
Confirm the opportunity to carry out the project as defined
Define a pitch for presenting the project to examining staff and voting members
Put together the administrative file
Ensure the follow-up of your file during the examination procedure

Lobbying of examining staff and voting members
Defence of your project during the deliberative meeting
